Create a Credit Note from an Invoiceadmin
- In the Account menu, select Sales.
- Either select All or Awaiting Payment tab from invoice status tabs.
- Find and open the invoice you want to credit. Using the Search option, you can easily find the invoice.
- Clickon the Invoice Option drop-down button and select Add Credit Note option.
- Enter the required details or edit them.
- Click the Receipt Upload button if you want to add a receipt to the credit note.
- Click on the Approve button to approve the credit note. It will automatically allocate the credit to the invoice.
- We don’t have Save as Draft option.
