Import Multiple Manual Journals

You can create the manual journal template file and then import it into Clickentry. 

1. In the Advisor menu, select Journal. 

2. Click on the Import button. 

3. Click on the Download template file link. 

4. Enter the required journal details into the downloaded template. 

In case,  you leave both the date and narration cells blank, Clickentry will treat that row as belonging to the same journal as the row above it. 

5. Save the updated file with .csv as the file extension. 

6. In Clickentry, go back to the Import Manual Journal screen, click Browse, then select the file. 

7. Click on the  Import button and review the message, finally click Complete Import.
